Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Visits War Heroes at “Abhimansala – 1”

The Commander Security Forces (Wanni), Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, paid a visit to the brave War Heroes residing at “Abhimansala – 1” in Anuradhapura on 07 May 2025.

Accompanied by Major General W W M P W W B R Palamakumbura Rwp Rsp General Officer Commanding 21 Infantry Division, Major General T A Peiris ptsc, the Logistics Commander, and other senior officers from the Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni), Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc first toured the wellness facilities at “Abhimansala – 1.” During the visit, he personally inquired into the well-being of the differently-abled War Heroes and presented them with special gift parcels as tokens of appreciation and gratitude.

Following the official proceedings, the Commander and the visiting officers joined the War Heroes for an informal tea gathering, fostering camaraderie and warmth.

Before concluding his visit, Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc posed for a group photograph and left a heartfelt message in the visitors’ book, commending the courage and sacrifice of the nation's true heroes.
