Abishaa Hospital (Pvt) Ltd conducted a medical camp under the coordination of Army Suwasahana Fund with the aim of assisting vision impaired soldiers at Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) on 16 July 2025 at the auditorium. This programme was scheduled under the system of “Cashless Medi Clame Policy”. During the programme, eye checkups were carried out for vision-impaired personnel, and 50 spectacles were donated as a part of the initiative
Programme was launched under the guidance and instructions of Major General K M P S B Kulathunga RSP ndc psc Commander Security Forces (Wanni) with the coordination of other Senior Officers of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) . 6 Opticians from Abishaa hospital participated to the medical camp and 150 soldiers were registered with the hospital to strengthen their visual capability.
This event was efficiently coordinated by the Chief Coordinator of Civil Affairs Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) and was brought to a successful conclusion by providing meaningful assistance to vision-impaired soldiers, thereby uplifting their morale and reinforcing the Army's continued commitment to their health and well-being.
