LECTURE SERIES ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOLDIERS' MINDS

Under the guidance of Major General KMPSB Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, the General Officer Commanding of the 54 Infantry Division, an informative and timely lecture series on the “Development of Soldiers' Minds” were held. The lecture series were attended by Officers and Other Ranks of the 54 Infantry Division, as well as brigades and battalions under command. The event took place at the Headquarters 54 Infantry Division, Headquarters 542 infantry brigade and Headquarters 4 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment on 16,17 and 18 January 2024.

This lecture series were conducted by senior lecturer Dr. R Chandrika Rajapakshe. During the lecture, the participants impart an insightful education on work place stress management, balancing work life and personal life, Managing of Financial Difficulties and the repercussions of engaging in anti-social and illegal activities. A total of 35 officers and 413 other ranks participated in the lecture series.
