loan scheme under the approval of the Presidential Task Force
The 62 Division organized a Rs 50,000.00 interest free loan scheme under the approval of the Presidential Task Force, funded by USA based ‘NAMASTHAI’ organization and coordinated by The Colombo Rotary Club. This was to uplift the livelihood of 6 civilians who were resettled in the 623 Bde AOR at Olumadu community hall on 01st April 2013. The Divisional commander of the 62 Division, Brigadier Devinda Perera RWP RSP IG, graced this occasion as the Chief Guest. The president of the ‘NAMASTHAI’ organization Mr Chutta Ratnathicam, Mr Wiji Ratnathicam, Commander 623 Bde Col Upali Rajapaksha RWP RSP, attended this memorable occasion.
