THE NEWLY RENOVATED SQUASH COURT, TENNIS COURT, AND WARRANT OFFICERS’ & SARGENT MESS WERE DECLARED OPEN BY THE COMMANDER SECURITY FORCE (WANNI)

The newly renovated Squash Court, Tennis Court, and WOs’ &Sgt Mess were declared opened by Major General Champaka Ranasinghe, the Commander Security Force (Wanni) at the invitation on the evening of 11 July 2023.

As per the initiative of the Commander Security Force (Wanni)and under the close guidance and supervision of Brigadier General Staff & Brigadier Admin and Quartering Security Force Headquarters (Wanni), renovation under went for few weeks with the expertise know how of the experts.

Gracing the occasion, the Commander of the Security Force (Wanni) Major General Champaka Ranasinghe unveiled the WOs’ & Sgt Mess Bar which had been an essential facility of the mess.

Furthermore, soon after the opening of the newly renovated Squash Court and the Tennis Court, there was an exhibition match. Finally, contribution of the players and the referees were also appreciated by presenting mementoes.
