With the direction of General Officer Commanding- 54 Infantry Division, 541 Infantry Brigade organized soft ball cricket tournament among the sport clubs in Manthaiwest Divisional Secretariat area together with IYDA (INTEGRATED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) sport club on 23, 24 and 25 February 2024 at Periyamaduwest playground.
Tencricket teams participated in this tournament and Major General KMPSB Kulathunga RSP ndc psc - General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Divisiongrace the occasion as the chief guest of the event and Brigadier BYC Fernando RWP USP the Commander 541 Infantry Brigade, senior officers and officers were participated for the event. More than 800 villagers were participated and financial contributions for this tournament made by IYDA (INTEGRATED YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) sports club and businessmen residing Periyamadu area.
