Trainer of Trainers ( TOT ) for Suicide Prevention Programme under "Clean Sri Lanka Project"

As part of the “Clean Sri Lanka Project”, a three-day workshop titled “Suicide Prevention Programme for Army Personnel” was successfully conducted from 22 to 24 July 2025. The initiative was organized under the guidance of the Commander of the Army and on the invitation of Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, Commander Security Forces (Wanni). The programme was conducted by a team of expert facilitators led by Brigadier (Consultant) R M M Monaragala USP, Director of Army Preventive Medicine and Mental Health Services. He was joined by Colonel Chandimal Malimbada and Lieutenant Colonel U P Mallawarachchi RWP USP, both Consultant Psychiatrists at the Army Hospital, Colombo.
