SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (WANNI) HOST AN EDUCATIVE LECTURE

Under the guidance of the Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc, Commander Security Forces (Wanni), and with the supervision of Brigadier K M V kodithuwakku Brigadier General Staff Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni) organized a lecture about Rehabilitation and Reintegration of a Person in Prison at the auditorium of Security Forces Headquarters (Wanni) on 24 December 2024.

Assistant Superintendent of Prison Mr. Mohan karunarathne Chief of Anuradhapura Prison, led the session addressing various topics including, prison department and its Role and Tasks, Classification of poisoners, Rights and Routine of prisoners, Commutation of sentence and release on license.

Senior officers/officers and Other Ranks of Security Force (Wanni) and under 56 infantry division troops were participated for the lecture.
