RANAVIRU ABHINANDANA POOJA 2025 PROGRAM WAS HELD FOR THE FIRST TIME AT 54 INFANTRY DIVISION HEADQUARTERS.

Under the guidance of General Officer Commanding of the 54 Infantry Division, Major General R P A R P Rajapaksha RSP, the inaugural event of the Armavir Abhinandana Pooja 2025, Distribution of books and school bag worth of 5000 rupees held on 10 January 2025, at the 54 Infantry Division premises in Thalladi, Mannar. This initiative aims to support 250 sons and daughters of Sri Lanka Army personnel and civil servants who have made immense sacrifices for the victory of humanity and the unity of the motherland. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and ceremonial.

This noble initiative was jointly organized by the Old Boys’ Association of Colombo Royal College, the Sri Jayawardenepura University all graduates friends and the Chairman of the ‘Athahitha’ 2025 Project, Mr. Prasad Lokubalasuriya, along with Mr. Saman Gunaratne and Mrs. Samantha Wijewardena, generously provided financial sponsorship for this program.

A large number of Senior Officers, Officers, Non-Commissioned Officers and civil servants and their families attended the event.
