Brigadier K T R B Kodippili psc, the newly appointed Brigadier General Staff of the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) assumed office on Thursday (24) July 2025 at the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) during a simple ceremony.

Chief Incumbent at Madukanda Sri Dalada Viharaya chanted ‘Seth Pirith’ and bestowed blessings on Brigadier K T R B Kodippili psc at auspicious time on assuming duties as the Brigadier General Staff. Officers from the General Staff Branch, Admin and Quartering Branch attended the event. Brigadier K T R B Kodippili psc was the Defence Attaché at the Embassy of Sri Lanka in Beijing, People’s Republic of China prior to assuming duties as the Brigadier General Staff.
