The lecture, themed "A Refreshing Military Life," conducted by Specialist Psychiatrist Brigadier RMM Monaragala USP, along with a team of lecturers from Sri Lanka Army Diretorate of Priventive Medicine and Mental Health on 10 January 2024 at 61 Infantry Division lecture hall. 08X169 Army personnel of the 61 Infantry Division participated for the program.
It aimed to increase the positive thinking of soldiers' minds and refresh the military life of the soldier. The General Officer Commanding of the 61 Infantry Division provided necessary guidelines for the arrangement.
