COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES (WEST) VISITS BATTALION TRAINING SCHOOL PANALUWA

In order to receive ground level construction updates of the of the Battalion Training School -Panaluwa of the Security Force Headquarters-West, Major General U.D. Wijesekera RWP RSP USP rcds psc, Commander, Security Forces -West undertook a field visit to the Panaluwa Firing Range on Friday (22 September) along with several Officers.

During the visit, the West Commander closely inspected the earmarked site for the Battalion Training School and paid close attention to several key factors pertaining to the establishment of the Battalion Training School with a special focus on training grounds, administrative buildings, and security of the area, accessibility and accommodation facilities and evaluated the possibility of using some of the remaining buildings and infrastructure for the purpose.
