The milk powder packets distribution program given by Fonterra Institute under the second phase to selected families who are suffering from food insecurity was carried out on 18th October 2023 at the Kolonnawa regional secretariat under 144 Infantry Brigade.
The program was carried out with the participation of the Kolonnawa regional secretary, assistant regional secretary and assistant director with the participation of the administrative officers and Civil Affairs Officer of 144 Infantry Brigade.
