Lt Col C.S. Serasinghe USP SLSR assumed duties as the General Staff Officer 1 (PSY OPS) of Security Force Headquarters (West) on 16 October 2023 on auspicious time having the blessing of Noble Triple Gem.
Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Security Forces Headquarters (West) extended their wishes to the newly appointed General Staff Officer 1 (PSY OPS) on the assumption of the duties of the new appointment.
