WEST COMMANDER LEADS CONFERENCE AT 9 BATTALION OF SINHA REGIMENT TO ADDRESS SIGNIFICANT ISSUES CONCERNING ARMY PERSONNEL

The Commander Security Forces Head Quarters (West), Major General W H K S Peiris RWP RSP VSV USP ndu spearheaded a conference at the 9 Sinha Battalion Head Quarters at Yatiyana on 18 November 2023. The primary focus was to tackle and resolve critical concerns affecting army personnel while aiming to uplift both their professional and personal lives. The conference deliberated on various pertinent issues including increase the effectiveness and efficiency of army personnel.

General Officer Commanding of 61 Infantry Division, Major General R A J N Ranasinghe RSP USP ndc, Brigadier General Staff, Brigadier K T P De Silva RSP ndu psc, The Commander of 611 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier K G C M N Gamlath RSP USP, The Commander of 612 Infantry Brigade, Brigadier M W S Millagala RWP RSP USP hdmc psc, The Commander of 613 Infantry Brigade, Colonel K A D N R Kannangara RSP IG and Battalion Commanders under command to 61 Infantry Division also have participated for the conference.
