WEST TROOPS HELPED TO RENOVATE THE SAMBODHI ELDERS' HOME

A group of Army personnel of the 3 (v) Battalion Gemunu Watch under 613 Infantry Brigade of Security Forces Headquarters (West) recently provided their assistance in painting and renovating four buildings as well as cleaning the surrounding at Sambodhi Elders Home, Wehalla, Dickwella within a short span of time from 23 to 28 January 2023.

Upon the request made by the Sambodhi Elders Home,the Commander Security Forces (West) directed to launch this community project under the guidance of the General Officer Commanding of 61 Infantry Division and the close supervision of the Brigade Commander of 613 Infantry Brigade along with the Commanding Officer of 3 (v) Battalion Gemunu Watch.
