Troops of the 144 Infantry Brigade, including one Officer and twenty-five Other Ranks from the 12 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, conducted extensive cleaning operations along both sides of the flood-affected Nawagamuwa–Ranala road. Their timely efforts helped clear debris and restore safe passage for residents, demonstrating the Brigade’s strong commitment to community support and post-flood rehabilitation.
