The aim of the Battalion Training is to upgrade the efficiency and effectiveness of Infantry Battalions in order to deal with present and future challenges, with this aim 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry successfully completed their Battalion Training Course at Battalion Training School at Mulankavil and it was commenced on 26 October 2016 and terminated on 19 December 2016. \r\n \r\nCol L S Balachandra Commander 653 Brigade attended for closing address and he stressed on the importance of battalion training is to review training methods in order to preserve the knowledge gained, past experience and also ready for future challenges during his closing address.\r\n\r\n
