To meet with the concept of Major General DMHD Bandara RWP RSP USP, the General Officer Commanding 65 Division, a CIMIC conference was conducted on 03 July 2020 at the 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry -Palinagar, in order to enhance the interpersonal coordination between responsible government personals, villagers and the Army, in assisting the relevant authorities in ensuring the security of the area, maintaining the low and order and uplift the living standard of the people.
DS Agent - Manthei East, Medical Officer of Health - Mallavi, Chief Engineer of Electricity Board - Mankulam, Chief Engineer of Irrigation Department - Mankulam and many other relevant government authorities including civilians in the area were participated in the meeting. General Officer Commanding 65 Division was presided the meeting and Commander 653 Brigade, Civil affairs Officer 65 Division, Commanding Officer 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry participated in the meeting.
