57 Division conducted a Computer Course for rehabilitated ex-LTTE members who serve in Civil Security Department, under the guidance of the Commander, Security Force Kilinochchi, Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana and under the supervision of General Officer Commanding, 57 Division, Major General Vijitha Ravipriya with the aim of enhancing their basic Computer knowledge.
A total of 11 rehabilitated ex-LTTE members followed the computer course and it conducted during 6 Sep 18 - 12 Oct 18 at the Utility Complex in Kilinochchi. The closing ceremony was held on 13 Oct 2018. General Officer commanding, 57 Division, Major General Vijitha Ravipriya graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest. The certificates were awarded to 11 participants who completed the course successfully by the Chief Guest.
Commander, 571 Brigade, Colonel General Staff of 57 Division, Chief Regulator of CSD, Senior Officers/Officers and Other Ranks of 57 Division participated in the event.
