57 DIVISION ORGANIZED A LECTURE ON “HOW TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL TEAM MEMBER”

In view of enhancing core values of Army vision, to develop leaders at all level by focusing fighting spirit with bravery, with the guidance of General Officer Commanding of 57 Infantry Division, Major General Sujeewa Senerath Yapa, the second in command 1 Special Force Major SMNKB Senavirathna RWP RSP psc, conducted a lecture under the topic of “How to become a successful team member” for Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers of 3 Gajaba Regiment and 9 Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment. The lecture was conducted at the Headquarters of 3 Gajaba Regiment on 27 August 2020, with the aim of enhancing planning skills on operational environment and empowering the art of executing mission command for junior leaders. Further, it was objectified to develop team work competencies and cohesiveness of junior leaders. The Commander 573 Infantry Brigade, Colonel General Staff of 57 Infantry Division, Commanding Officer 3 GR and second in command 9 VIR were participated for the occasion.
