A two bed room house constructed in general area Jayanthinagar, initiated by Lieutenant Colonel Sujith Kulasekara and his troops of 7 SLLI was handed over to the recipient family on 3 January 2014. The total construction cost is approximately Rs. 450,000 which was totally borne by the Commanding Officer, officers and other ranks of 7 SLLI. The handing over ceremony was held on 3 January 2014 with the attendance of religious dignitaries, villagers and Security force personnel including Major General Udaya Perera the Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi.
