AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON PROTECTION OF COASTAL AREA ALONG FROM POONARIN TO NACHCHIKUDA
As per the guidance and direction of Major General K A D A karunasekara RWP RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi an awareness programme on coast protection was organized for the school children and teachers of Thewanpiddi Roman Catholic School on 18 Nov 2016. \r\n \r\nThe importance of this programme has been highlighted by the Vice Principal of the school in his remarks. 152 students were participated together with the vice principal, two school teachers and the programme was enlighted with the documentary film and distribution of leaflets. Major General WAS Weerawardhana RSP USP IG - General Officer Commanding 65 Division, Brigadier KMR Abeysinghe RSP USP Commander - 651 Brigade, Officers and other ranks of 15(V) SLSR also were attended for the said event.
