As per the guidance and advice of Commander of Security Forces Kilinochchi, celebrating World Mothers’ Day programme held on 08 May 2016 at Base Hospital- Kilinochchi. At this remarkable event, 30 Post-Delivery mothers were gifted by presents and offered nutritious lunch.\r\n\r\nBrigadier H D W Kariyawasam, Commander Forward Maintenance Area - Kilinochchi, and Brigadier R M P J Ratnayake, Brigadier General Staff Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi, Commander 574 Brigade attended and guided the programme and distribute the gifts among mothers. Moreover, Commanding Officer 6 (V) Sri Lanka Women’s Corps and Chief Coordinator Civil Affairs at Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi and Other Ranks also participated to the event.
