CONDUCT CLEANING CAMPAIGN AGAINST DENGUE

As per the request of Medical Officer of Health - Karachchi, with the guidance of Major General Pradeep de Silva RSP the General Officer Commanding - 57 Division, under the supervision of Commander 571 Brigade, 7th Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment conducted a cleaning campaign against Dengue at Kilinochchi town on 22 May 2020. This campaign was organized by Office of Medical Officer of Health - Karachchi and it was held from 0830 hr to 1300 hr with the participation of 01 X 25 troops. The intention of the campaign was to clean the KIlinochchi town area in order to overcome spreading of Dengue during the present critical situation in the country with COVID-19.
