66 Division under the Security Force Headquarters-Kilinochchi conducted a dental clinic for the civilians at Veravil Hindu College on 12 May 2018 with the direction of Brigadier Deepthi Jayathilaka, General Officer Commanding- 66 Division.
Under the invitation of Commander 663 Infantry Brigade Colonel Lasantha Rodrigo the doctors of RDHS and DGH Kilinochchi, Dr. Maduwanthi and Dr. Balakumar with their staff conducted the clinic respectively. The 19 (V) Gajaba Regiment and 2 Sri Lanka National Guards of 663 Infantry Brigade organized the event.
Commander 663 Infantry Brigade, Colonel Lasantha Rodrigo graced the occasion as the chief guest and number of senior officers, religious and community leaders were present at the clinic. Over 132 school children and civilians received free medical treatment/advice during the clinic.
