ENGLISH LANGUAGE COURSE FOR NON COMMISIONED OFFICERS IN SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI
With the intention of enhancing Basic English Language skills among Non Commissioned Officers who serve in Security Forces Kilinochchi, an English Language Course was commenced on 02 May 2016 at Security Force Headquarters with the participation of 30 Other Ranks.\r\n\r\nBrigadier Jagath Ratnayake, Brigadier General Staff, Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi stressed on the importance of learning English Language and highlighted the investment of learning English Language that benefited for future life and progress of career service of each person during his opening address speech.This course will continue for 60 days with termination on 03 August 2016.
