General Officer Commanding 66 Division Major General Duminda Keppetiwalana handed over his duties as General Officer Commanding 66 Division on 10th April 2018 after completing nearly two years as the General Officer Commanding.
To mark this occasion, sequence of events was organized by the Officers and Other Ranks of 66 Division. The ceremony included with a Guard Turn Out and a Guard of Honour awarded by the 5 (V) Mechanized Infantry Regiment and 20 Sri Lanka Light Infantry. Subsequently out going General Officer Commanding addressed the troops. under 66 Division.
Further, All ranks tea table and farewell Dinner was a arranged at 66 Division Headquarter. To mark his Innumerable efforts as the General Officer Commanding of 66 Division. A Memento was presented as a token of appreciation. Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers, Staff Officers and Officers participated for the event.
