GOC 57 DIVISION CONDUCTED A LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION WORKSHOP FOR THE OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS OF 3 GR

Major General DGS Senarath Yapa RWP RSP ndu, the General Officer Commanding 57 Division, conducted a Leadership and Motivation workshop focused on unveiling the new concept “Learning Through Practices” to the troops of 3 Gajaba Regiment on 23 June 2020. The aim of the workshop was to introduce innovative approaches that enables combat readiness among multi skilled soldiers who are engaged in operational and non-operation activities pertaining to any given scenario. The techniques of handling and managing situations were discussed in length with a focus on enhancing the thinking capacity of soldiers when adapting to existing environments that are rapidly changing. The Colonel General Staff of 57 Division, Commanding Officer and all Officers and other Ranks of 3 Gajaba Regiment participated in the workshop.
