Coinciding with Wednesday’s training, Maj Gen DGS Senerath Yapa RWP RSP ndu the General Officer Commanding of 57 Division conduct a Leadership and motivation workshop for Divisional staff on 12 Aug 2020. The GOC - 57 Division conducted the workshop with the aim of introducing innovative approaches to groom the soldiers with discipline, integrity and develop their attitudes in order to improve working efficiency towards the organization. The techniques of handling/ managing the situations and enhancing the thinking capacity of the soldiers were deeply discussed during the workshop and practical session. The Colonel General Staff, Colonel Administrative and Quartering of 57 Division, all staff officers and Other Ranks of 57 Division were participated for the work shop.
