GOC 57 INFANTRY DIVISION CONDUCTED A LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION WORKSHOP FOR 6 SLSR TROOPS

Coincide with the Battalion Training of 6th Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment, the General Officer Commanding of 57 Infantry Division Major General Sujeewa Senerath Yapa, conducted a Leadership and Motivation Workshop for the 6th Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment on 08 December 2020 in 57 Infantry Division Battalion Training School at Ampakamam. The workshop was conducted with the aim of introducing innovative approaches to groom the soldiers on integrity, discipline and develop their attitudes to improve working efficiency towards the organization in order to effectively execute mission command concept in ground.

The techniques of handling/ managing the situations and enhancing the thinking capacity of the soldiers related to present context, were deeply discussed during the workshop and practical session. The chief Instructor of Battalion Training School, Commanding Officer and all officers, Other Ranks of 6th Battalion of Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment were participated for the workshop.
