Major General (Retd) His Excellency, Muhammad Saad Khattak, High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic Pakistan paid a courtesy call on the Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi, Major General Harendra Ranasinghe, as a part of his itinerary to visit the Kilinochchi, on 30 June 2021.
The Commander Security Force (Kilinochchi) welcomed the High Commissioner of the Islamic Republic Pakistan, and had a disscussion on the present situation in the area and the military involvement in social welfare projects and assistance to civil community in Kilinochchi. The High Commissioner of Pakistan expressed happiness over prevailing civil- military relations and underlined the importance of further strengthening of such bonds.
Advisor of Pakistan High Commission Office Dr. Asela Wickramasinghe, Senior Superintendent of Police Roshan Rajapaksha, Brigadier Admin and Quartering, Brigadier Deepal Hathurusinghe also were present at the occasion, and the exchange of mementos culminated the meeting.
