KILINOCHCHI COMMANDER VISITS MAS INTIMATES VIDIYAL GARMENT FACTORY

In response to an invitation of MAS Intimates’ Management, Commander Security Force Kilinochchi Major General Harendra Ranasighe visited ‘MAS Intimates Vidiyal Garment Factory’ in Kilinochchi on 22 March 2021.

In line with the Tamil traditions and customs, the Commander Security Force (Kilinochchi) was warmly welcomed by the additional deputy General Manager Mr Udara Wijesooriya. Following that, he visited Factory area and was briefed on General outline of the functioning of the factory. Meantime, Commander had a formal discussion with the management staff with regarding the enhancing of the capacity to address the unemployment in the Kilinochchi area and regarding security of the workers particularly during the night shift period.

Commander Forward Maintenance Area Major General Piyal Nanayakkarawasam, General Officer Commanding of 66 Division Major General Ajith Dissanayake, Brigadier General Staff Brigadier Saman Liyanage and other Senior Officers attended the visit.
