The newly constructed Warrant Officers and Sergeants Mess at the 663 Infantry Brigade in Kilinochchi was declared open by the General Officer Commanding 66 Division, Major General Duminda Keppetiwalana, at the 663 Brigade premises on 25 February 2018.
This building consists of a dining hall, kitchen, TV room and accommodation area with all facilities. All ranks of the Brigade and under command Battalions of 663 Brigade, contributed to construct this building with the direction of Brigadier Subashana Welikala, Commander 663 Infantry Brigade.
The General Officer Commanding 66 Division, attended the opening ceremony as the Chief Guest and opened the building after religious observances.
Commanding Officers, Officers and Senior Non Commissioned Officers were present at the occasion.
