NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS (NCOs) WORKSHOP IN SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI
Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs) of Sri Lanka Army played key role of Humanitarian Operation that eradicate the terrorism form Mother Land and such a peaceful and harmonies era is being emerged due to the victorious battle skills of Non Commissioned Officers that they used in arenas. The soldiers those who were enlisted to Sri Lanka Army at the terminating era of Humanitarian Operation, could not be able to follow through an appropriate battle training. Therefore, the aforementioned soldiers do not aware well regarding peace time duties.\r\n\r\nHence, under the Guidance of the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi, 4 day Non Commissioned Officers Leadership Workshop held from 27 April 2016 to 30 April 2016 at Battalions Training School - Mulankavil with the 78 NCOs contributors. The workshop that groomed the NCOs and made awareness about the duties and responsibilities in theoretical and practical way. \r\n\r\nThe Closing Address of the Workshop was held with presence of General Officer Commanding of 65 Division.
