NON COMMISSIONED OFFICERS (NCOs) & WORKSHOP IN SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI
Non Commissioned Officers (NCOs) & of Sri Lanka Army played key role of Humanitarian Operation that eradicate the terrorism form Mother Land and such a peaceful and harmonies era is being emerged due to the victorious battle skills of Non Commissioned Officers that they used in arenas. The soldiers those were enlisted to Sri Lanka Army at the terminating era of Humanitarian Operation could not be able to follow through appropriate battle training. Therefore, the aforementioned soldiers do not aware well regarding peace time duties.\r\n\r\nHence \"under the Guidance of the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi\" 4 day Leadership Workshop for Junior Non Commissioned Officers was held from 22 Aug 2016 to 27 Aug 2016 at 21 Sri Lanka Light Infantry headquarters. 62 x Junior NCOs from the AOR were attended to workshop and aforesaid workshop was observed and supervised by General Officer Commanding of 65 Division. During the programme they followed below mentioned subjects;\r\n\r\n a. Principles of leadership.\r\n b. Org of Army HQ and its responsibilities.\r\n c. Responsibilities of a NCO.\r\n d. Developing of attitudes and positive thinking.\r\n e. Pay and allowances.\r\n f. Legal system in the Army and discipline, Human Rights and legal system of Sri Lanka and civil law.\r\n g. Mess etiquettes and dress regulation.\r\n h. Office works and basic service writing.\r\n i. Security of documents. \r\n j. Soldier service regulations.\r\n k. Ceremonial duties and various events.\r\n
