PROVIDE AMENITIES AMONG LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN KILINOCHCHI FOR BEE KEEPING
To enhance the reconciliation and mutual awareness among Civilians and Military personals, the programme of distributing Bee Colony boxes among 15 low income families in Poonaryn area was taken place on 19 September 2016 concurrent to the official visit of the Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi in 66 Division. \r\n\r\nAs per the guidance and coordination of Colonel Keethsiri Ekanayake Commander - 661 Brigade with the patronage of Rev. Father Felix Mallawarachhi from Colombo distributed among civilians to uplift the living standard of them with the intention of motivating them to attend on self - employment. Major General Amal Karunasekara, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi graced the occasion as the chief guest and distributed Bee Colony Boxes among civilians.\r\n\r\nRev. Father Nixon - Mulankavil, General Officer Commanding - 66 Division, Brigades Commanders, Senior Officers and civilians also attended to the occasion. \r\n
