RELEASING WATER FOR MAHA KANNA AFTER RENOVATING SOUTH BANK CANAL OF VAVNIKULAM TANK
South bank canal of Vavnikulam tank was renovated by Sri Lanka Army in 65 Div associated with civilians of the area on 07 October 2016. The water has been released for the first time for agrarian purposes of Maha kanna at AM hrs on 03 November 2016.\r\n\r\nIrrigational Engineer - Vavnikulam, Technical Officers in Irrigational office in Vavnikulam, Members of agrarian committees and farmers participated for this festivity occasion. Irrigational Engineer and many other representatives of Government Institutions appreciated the attempt that had done by the military personals for the prosperity of the area.
