SECRETARY OF DEFENCE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT MR. GOTABAYA RAJAPAKSA DECLARE OPENS THE KILINOCHCHI HARMONY CENTRE
Kilinochchi Harmony Centre, the centre created with the vision to Build a resilient Sri Lankan nation by creating a harmonious living through Social, Ethnic,Cultural, and religious engagement which was already open for general public was formally declared opened by the Secretary of Defence and Urban Development Mr. GotabayaRajapaksa on invitation by Major General GVDUA Perera RWP RSP USP USAWC psc, the Security Force Commander Kilinochchi in the presence of Lieutenant General RMD Ratnayake RWP RSP USP ndupsc, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, Major General S Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndupsc, the incoming Security Force Commander Kilinochchi, Mrs. R Ketheeswaran, the District Secretary Kilinochchi including a large gathering of government servants, school children and general public on 8 January 2014.
