SECURITY FORCES HEADQUARTER CELEBRATES MAHA SHIVARATRI DAY
Maha Shivaratri, which literally translates to \"Great Night of Shiva\" is a Hindu festival largely celebrated in the world. The day is celebrated to venerate Lord Shiva, an important deity in Hindu culture. \r\n\r\nAs per the direction given by Commander Security Forces (Kilinochchi), 5 Sri Lanka Corp of Military Police conducted a Kovil Pooja at Thirumurukkandi Kovil -Thirumurukkandi on 07 March 2016. Brigadier Anura Sudasinghe, General Officer Commanding 57 Division graced the occasion as the chief Guest. Brigade commanders, senior Officers, Officers, Other Ranks and civilians took part in the event.\r\n
