65 Division troops, on the instruction of Major General D.M.H.D Bandara RWP RSP USP , General Officer Commanding, continued their community projects by conducting a Sharamadana Programme to disinfect Kn/Skandapuram, Government Tamil Mixed School, Palinagar Kumaraswmi Government Tamil Mixed School, Kollavilankulam Government Tamil Mixed School and Palinagar Maha Viddiyala premises, under the supervision of Commander 652 and 653 Brigade, against the spread of COVID-19 epidemic before schools are re-opened. Troops of 10 Sir Lanka Light Infantry Regiment, 20 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment joined the programme.
