With the directions of the General Officer Commanding, 65 Division Major General Kuma Peiris, troops have extended their fullest support to a funeral conduct of a thirteen years old school boy in Iranamathanagar in Kilinochchi on 31 July 2018.
The troops of 651 Brigade voluntarily extended their support to arrange marquees and other arrangements at the funeral site. Further, troops provided sanitary facilities and other mandatory requirements of the funeral. Parents of deceased child & villagers of Ambapuram pay their gratitude to the Army for the contribution made.
