VALUE OF ‘MENTAL WELL-BEING AND STRESS MANAGEMENT' FOR SENIOR OFFICERS IN SF KLN

A workshop was conducted to promote the mental well-being and stress management of Officers on 24 June 2020 at the Security Forces Headquarters auditorium for senior officers under command to the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi.

Under the guidance of Commander, Security Forces-Kilinochchi, Major General HMJK Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP ndc psc, a combined team from the Directorate of Psychological Operations, Directorate of Preventive Medicine and Mental Health led by Brigadier RMM Monaragala., conducted this workshop on the topic of ‘Stress Management and well-being” and more than 26 senior Officers from under Command formations benefited from the workshop.
