Troops of 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment of 653 Brigade under the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi extended their assistance to clean the Ambalpuram Tamil School premises at Anandapuram in Kilinochchi on 11 June 2018.
The ‘Shramadana’ programme was organized under the supervision of Major General Kumara Peiris, General Officer Commanding, 65 Division and Colonel Robin Jayasooriya, Commander, 653 Brigade.
Around 30 troops from 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry Regiment voluntarily took part in the ‘Shramadana’ Campaign at the request of the devotees and church authorities.
