On 9th May 2025, Mrs. Ayesha Liyanage, President of the Signals Seva Vanitha Branch, extended heartfelt support to the family of a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC). The officer’s wife had recently undergone surgery for a lumbar disc prolapse which is a condition that had caused her immense pain over several months.
Recognizing the physical and financial strain of her recovery, Mrs. Liyanage stepped forward to provide financial assistance for the purchase of a surgical belt, offering essential relief during this difficult time.
