THE OUTGOING PROVOST MARSHAL OF THE SRI LANKA ARMY UNDERTAKES FORMAL VISIT TO MILITARY POLICE ESTABLISHMENTS

The outgoing Provost Marshal of the Sri Lanka Army, Major General R D Sallay ndc, undertook a formal visit to all Military Police establishments, including the Sri Lanka Corps of Military Police units, the School of Military Police, SLCMP OC Troops in Mullaitivu and the Special Investigation Unit.

During his visits, Ceremonial Guard Turnouts were accorded in honour of the departing Provost Marshal. Addressing the gatherings, Provost Marshal expressed his heartfelt appreciation for all Officers and Other Ranks for their invaluable support rendered during his tenure. He emphasized importance of the role played by the Military Police personnel in maintaining discipline and upholding the decorum of the Sri Lanka Army. In addition to the formal proceedings, Provost Marshal took the opportunity to interact warmly with personnel attended all ranks tea sessions organized in his honour.

Senior Officers, Officers and Other Ranks of the Military Police establishments attended the events, expressing their gratitude to the outgoing Provost Marshal for his exemplary leadership and dedicated service.
