    The Signals Seva Vanitha Branch has donated wheelchairs to Lance Corporal Mohotti MMEMK RSP, a soldier currently serving with the Sri Lanka Signals Corps (SLSC). Lance Corporal Mohotti sustained injuries during the Northern Humanitarian Operation in November 2008.

The soldier’s father is bedridden due to an accident, and an air mattress had been requested to ease his condition. In response to the challenges faced by the family, the Seva Vanitha Branch took the initiative to provide the necessary support.

    A New Year fair was organized by the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Sri Lanka Signal Corps (SLSC) on 10th April 2025 at the Gymnasium of the Army Physical Training School, Panagoda. The event aimed to support soldiers by providing a platform to purchase festive season essentials at affordable prices.

Making the opening statement, the president focused on the upcoming events which are to be conducted in the coming months.     Colonel Anuradha Mendis psc of the Corps of Signals of Sri Lanka Army has been hand-picked by the ‘Daniel K Enouye’ Asia-Pacific Centre for Security Studies (APCSS) in Honolulu, Hawaii (USA) to perform as an internationally selected Alumni Seminar Leader (Role of Directing Staff / Officer Instructor) of the Comprehensive Security Cooperation course number one in the year 2025 (CSC 2025-1).
