Major AGNS Weerasena psc assumed duties as the 8th Commanding Officer of the 10th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal Corps on 30 December 2024 at Regiment Headquarters in Panagoda. The newly appointed Commanding Officer was awarded with a Guard Turnout at the arrival. After paying tribute to the fallen war heroes at the Fallen War Hero monument, the new Commanding Officer was awarded with a Parade by the troops of the 10th Regiment Sri Lanka Signal, in accordance with military traditions.
