The Zambian Republic’s Army Commander, Lieutenant General W.M Sikazwe psc DIP (DSS) MA (DSS), who is presently in Sri Lanka on a five-day long goodwill visit, enhancing bonds of bilateral, cooperation and understanding, arrived at the Army Headquarters on Monday morning (24) to a red carpet welcome and called on his Sri Lankan counterpart, acting Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Shavendra Silva at the Army Headquarters.
