The Prefects' Induction Ceremony 2025 of Parakrama Central College at Ankumbura- Kandy, was held on 7th March 2025 at 0900 hours at the school premises. As per to the formal invitation made by the principal of the school, Brigadier TC Harasgama RSP, the Deputy Divisional Commander, of 11 Inf Div, graced the occasion as the chief guest. Thirty two students were pinned prefect badges during the ceremony.

After the group photograph, the Commanding Officer briefed all the administrative and technical matters of 4(V) SLAOC. During the visit The Logistic Commander of Central engaged in cordial interactions with the officers and OR’s. After that The Logistic Commander of Central penned down complimentary remarks in the visitors’ book.

Upholding the traditions and customs, the Commanding Officers warmly welcomed the Logistics Commander of Central. Firstly, the Logistic Commander planted a sapling in the camp premises to mark his visit and he attended the group photograph. After the group photograph, the Commanding Officers briefed all the administrative and technical matters. According to a concept of the Commander Security Forces (Central), an Elle tournament was organized on 25 February 2025 at the ‘Muthu Kumaru’ Ground in Diyatalawa, with the participation of troops from the logistics battalions under the Logistics Command (Central). The Chief Guest for the event was Brigadier AMR Amarasinghe ndc, Commander, Log Comd (Cen).
